Little Rangers Basketball Program

 

The Little Rangers Basketball program is designed to recognize Winans Primary School Students or Little Rangers when they are consistently respectful, responsible, ready, and safe. When a teacher observes a student being consistently vigilant at these, the student receives a nomination as a Little Ranger and is announced at PHS Varsity Basketball home games.

 

Each home game will feature two Little Rangers at a Varsity Boys' game and two Little Rangers at a Varsity Girls' Game. Parents will be notified a few days or a day before the home game.  The Little Rangers will be visited at school by a varsity player and presented with a shirt to wear at the varsity game.  Additionally, each nominated Little Ranger is announced during the Varsity starting lineup.
