Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Clerk of Livingston School District No. 4, Park County, State of Montana that the Annual School Election will be held on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021, at the following polling place(s):

Park High School RecPlex, 102 View Vista Drive Livingston, MT. 59047

Electors will consider the following issues at the election:
• 3 (Three) Trustee(s) to be elected for a three (3) year term.

The polls will be open between the hours of 12:00 pm and 8:00 p.m. on the day of the election.

A qualified registered elector who will be unable to go to the polls on the day of election may request an Application for Absentee Voter's Ballot from the school district clerk/election administrator's office located at:

Livingston School District Administration Office, 132 S. B Street, Livingston, MT. 59047

If you miss this regular registration deadline (30 days prior to the election), you may still register for the election by showing up at the county election office before noon the day before election day. Before noon on the day before election day, you may complete and submit a voter registration card. The county election office is located at:

Park County Clerk and Recorder 414 East Callender Street, Livingston, MT. 59047

A late registrant may obtain a ballot on election day at the following location:

Park High School RecPlex 102 View Vista Drive, Livingston, MT. 59047

Absentee ballots will be publicly counted on election day starting at 12:00 PM at the following location(s): Park High School RecPlex 102 View Vista Drive Livingston, MT. 59047, as specified in 13-15-201, MCA, by the following method(s): hand counting, by election judges appointed to count absentee ballots while the polls are open. Any person observing the procedures of the count is required to take the oath provided in 13-15-207(4), MCA.
